The contract is concluded upon your registration and our written confirmation. By registering, you fully accept these terms.

2. Rights and Obligations of the Contracting Parties

As a participant, you undertake not to reproduce the provided materials or make them accessible to third parties without our consent. You use the courses exclusively for your own training purposes.

• You ensure that your technical systems meet the minimum requirements for the courses.
• You actively participate in the exercises and report technical problems immediately.
• You do not use automated tools to retrieve the content.

2.1 Our Obligations

We compile the course content with due care and update it regularly. The content is based on the current state of technology and digital security.

2.2 Disclaimer

3. Payment Terms and Termination

The course fees are due before the course starts, unless otherwise agreed. In case of payment default, we reserve the right to block access to the courses.

• Cancellation is possible free of charge up to 14 days before the course starts.
• For later cancellations, we charge an administrative fee of 25% of the course fee.
• After the course has started, termination is excluded unless we are unable to conduct the course as agreed.

3.1 Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to change these terms with reasonable notice. We will inform you of significant changes by email. If you do not object within four weeks, the changed terms are deemed accepted.

4. Final Provisions

• The place of jurisdiction is, to the extent legally permissible, the registered office of secondip.com.
• These terms are also available in English; in case of discrepancies, the German version shall prevail.

4.1 Severability Clause

The invalidity of individual provisions does not affect the validity of the remaining terms. The contracting parties undertake to replace invalid provisions with valid ones that come closest to the desired purpose.

4.2 Applicable Law

These terms of use are subject to the law of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The place of performance is the registered office of the provider.
